"I lived in the Abby for a 6 month lease and overall I am very pleased with my time here. It is a no thrills building, however, the location is great, I have never had any problems with appliances breaking, the management is really nice, and the building is very safe and clean. Overall, I would recommend this building."
"As you can tell, The Abby has received minimal reviews throughout the years. It is now Oct 2019, and I am the sixth review. The management company is incredibly sub-par. While incredibly friendly and accessible, the two employees, Daneen and Latoya, are not helpful. The lease I signed was incredibly clear - a lease start date with a 12-month term. Instead, Latoya unsuccessfully "convinced" me my leased started and ended on completely erroneous dates. Because I am a responsible adult, I had no option but to pay an additional ~$1,500 to what I owed (an amount she said to be "insignificant" - hey Latoya, you have an extra $1,500 this month to spare??). The Abby is not worth your time. After 9 years in the city, you have many better options."
