"I had a great experience living at the Ten at Clarendon the last year. I was moving from out of state and signed my lease without touring the building. The leasing office did a great job answering my questions and passing along resources, and the actual unit and amenities provided by the building exceeded my expectations when I moved there. The location is super convenient being a less than 10 minute walk to Trader Joe’s and the metro. The building provides timely updates to residents regarding events and building updates and the maintenance team has fast turn arounds on requests . There were a few elevator and electrical outages when I was here due to factors outside of the Ten at Clarendon’s team control, but the management team kept folks updated and the maintenance team worked diligently to resolve the issues. I did have a heavy-footed upstairs neighbour and lived directly across from the firehouse, but it was nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. Sarah at the front desk was by far my favourite part of my stay here at the Ten at Clarendon. She always has a smile on her face and knows every resident that walks through the front door by name. She even follows up about life events they share with her and really takes the time to know the residents as real people. She is so informative and knowledgeable about the building and her ability to form relationships with people in a professional is incredible. Sarah makes this building feel like a community and a home rather than just another luxury apartment complex."

"I highly recommend the Ten at Clarendon. My family and I have loved living here for the past year; we recently left because we had to move abroad with my wife's work. The lobby and gym and halls and all common spaces were always clean and welcoming. All the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We appreciated the chance to interact with other residents through the building's social events, which the staff hosted about once a month. We truly felt part of a welcoming community. Maintenance concerns were addressed quickly. Hector and Lamar were incredibly kind and great at coordinating when they could enter our apartment to fix the problem. My kids looked forward to seeing each of them in the elevator and giving them a high five or fist bump. And a special thank you to Sarah at the front desk, who made us feel especially welcomed at the Ten at Clarendon. Sarah would go above and beyond in helping us resolve any concerns. She showed genuine interest in our well-being and always met us with a friendly smile. My twin boys would run from the elevator to the desk, want to tell her some story about their school day and hoping to grab a life-saver or mint from the candy bowl. Sarah could always answer any of our questions about the building. We will sincerely miss her."
