"Very good service."

"I called this company and as I introduced myself, the female representative on the phone hung up on me. I then proceeded to call back 2 more times, both of which someone picked up the phone but would not answer when I said hello. Finally I called a fourth time in a row, and the same female representative admitted to hanging up on me because she didn't want what I was selling. I told her I was a customer and that it was rude to hang up on someone in the middle of speaking. She proceeded to tell me that when I said, "Hello my name is Samantha" that this was not a good way to introduce myself. Maybe it's just me, but I think hanging up on someone is not the appropriate way to handle a potential customer. After she realized I was actually a potential customer, she was still very rude (probably due to embarrassment from being unreasonably harsh on her part). Regardless of the service a company is providing, the representatives should never be dismissive or rude when a potential customer reaches out- FOUR times. I do not recommend this place, and unfortunately- I wasn't even able to get past "Hello my name is Samantha" so I can only imagine the poor service they provide based off of their low- quality customer service skills."
