"Be careful. Management isn’t very useful. I’ve had the same neighbor ignore quiet hours for about 2 months and the half dozen complaints I’ve filed is futile. The repair people are fast but now the building uses microwaves that don’t fit the space designed for it from the 1900s when this building was built so now my microwave is essentially useless as it can barely open. Everything feels old and the kitchen can barely fit 1 person in it."

"Be very careful with this place! Issue that I had and I did not even rent. - Unlike every other apartment in Arlington and DC, this one requires you to pay a deposit as part of your application fee. If you decide not to rent or if medical issues come up that prevent you from renting before you sign or commit to anything, THEY WILL KEEP THAT MONEY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE! I have been waiting on my $500 refund now for 6 months and STILL don't have any idea of when I will receive it. - I have gone into the office multiple times and been told "we can't just give you a check. It has to be mailed to your address." - When you read the reviews, there are multiple other people that have had this same problem. Be careful. All the complaints are concerning management at this building and it's easy to see why. Don't fall for the scams of this place. Find a reputable apartment complex that doesn't charge you a deposit just to apply."

Despite some negative reviews online, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. Lindsay went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making the leasing process smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and responsiveness truly set Park Adams apart. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly, showcasing her commitment to resident satisfaction. The building is well-maintained and cozy. I appreciate the unique charm of the place, and it's evident that the management is actively working to address any issues. My stay was comfortable, and I encountered no problems. Additionally, the location is a major plus! Park Adams is conveniently situated, making it easy to access Washington, D.C. "I've lived here for over a year and have been very pleased with the professionalism of the office and maintenance staff. Any time I have questions or concerns about the building, Michael Coates has been especially helpful in addressing them. He always warmly greets me and remembers me by name, is quick to respond to emails, and works efficiently and competently. It's rare to see someone who remains so authentic and sincere in a position which requires so much public-facing interaction. I hope management realizes what a gem he is! Maintenance staff has also been highly responsive to requests, and always addresses the problem the same day or following day (and immediately in case of emergencies). Whenever I've asked them to explain the source of the issue, they've always done so patiently and thoroughly. This is an old building, but they've done recent renovations on it. It's one of the more affordable apartments in the area, and I just resigned my lease."

"Staff was very kind and great to work with, but the building is not great and management was awful to work with. When I moved in, the apartment wasn't fully ready--the kitchen cabinets didn't have all the brackets they needed to be held up and so when I started unpacking, all my glasses ended up falling out of the shelf and shattering everywhere. Some landed on my laptop and broke it. Park Adams was really unhelpful and insisted there was no proof that I didn't remove the brackets or that their own maintenance staff didn't adequately prepare the apartment for me. Then when I moved out, even in the face of bank statements and the lease agreement itself, the property manager insisted I only paid $100 in a security deposit. Other staff were able to resolve this issue, but the experience with Park Adams management left a really bad impression. If you move here, expect profits and money to take precedence over your own safety and interests as a resident."
