The Hale

"If you lose something and it’s found by the cleaning crew, don’t expect to get it back. I lost my GOLD J-shaped pendant in the penthouse. Without telling the cleaning crew where it was lost and how it looked like, they knew exactly what I was referring to and was even told they had seen it a few days prior to my inquiry. I was told they would get back to me the next day. A few days go by with no follow up, so I decided to ask them in-person. I was told it was mysteriously gone. How is it that after having it in your possession, it suddenly disappeared a few days later? Gold jewelry just doesn’t disappear out of nowhere. I know good and well the cleaning crew at the Hale STOLE MY pendant. To make matters worse, I’ve gone back and forth with the leasing office for at least three weeks now asking them to do something about this. The leasing team at the Hale has been unhelpful and useless. I’ve talked to 3 different leasing agents, have asked several times to speak to the property manager, was even told to send an email (which I did the day of) and STILL, they’ve done NOTHING. At this point, I don’t even care why it wasn’t returned to the front desk or who has my pendant, I JUST WANT WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE BACK. Till then, the last place I recommend living is at the Hale. It’s clear they don’t care about their residents and their needs, as even a stolen item by one of their own isn’t enough to get them to do their jobs."

"I moved into the Hale over a month ago after touring with De. De was super helpful and showed me several different units. She was also flexible when it came to my move in. I can truly say that Kenisha, at the front desk, has been amazing and a saving grace. Kenisha goes above and beyond in every aspect from packages to handling maintenance issues. It is remarkable how she can be professional and comforting at the same time."

"The building is beautiful and amenities are nice, though the pool wasn't ready for summer move in even though the building was open. That being said, everyone who works for the Hale is amazing, from maintenance to front desk. In particular Kanesia at the front desk has been a super star! She is incredibly helpful and always kind."

"It’s been a little over a week since I moved into the Hale and it has literally been a dream. I absolutely love the building and the community! I never really take advantage of apartment amenities but I find myself utilizing all of them here at The Hale. What really sets the Hale apart is the amazing staff in the leasing office. De is absolutely amazing and she always finds a way to go the extra mile. Even on my move In day, she stayed late to make sure everything was seamless for my move in. She always greets me by name and with a smile. It really makes a difference to feel welcomed and a friendly atmosphere in the office. Rose helped me tour and apply to the Hale and she continues to be super helpful whenever I’m in need. The concierge and maintenance team are also so amazing. All in all I am SO happy with my decision to live here. It’s definitely home!"
