The maintenance and leasing office staff is very helpful and professional. The building Engineer Nolawie handles everything very professionally and with excellent communication. I am proud to call this place my home and my family and I would not want to live anywhere else."

"I have lived here for 5 years and until this year would have said great things about the building. They are trying to raise our rent 42% to “match” the nearby buildings despite not having the same amenities. They clearly don’t have any loyalty to current tenants. On top of that, our washer has been broken for nearly a month and they have barely tried to help including allowing an inch of sitting water to stay over the weekend when the washer didn’t drain. Go to the nicer buildings and likely get a better rate and better customer service."
