"I have been here for 3 years (two different apartments). The building is great, very clean and organized. Shout out to Gerald Garcia from the leasing office who is a very professional and respectful man. He made the move-in and out between my apartments very smooth, he was clear in his instructions and helped me to stay in the building. Otherwise, I was so close to leave this place after having unpleasant experience with other people from same leasing office. In fact, I was planning to write a one star review but Gerald changed my mind. I hope they keep professional people like him."

"We moved into the Waycroft a few weeks ago, and we are loving it so far. A few of the main reasons we feel in love with this apartment is because of the indoor dog park, and the work spaces. A gym and a club/lounge are pretty standard in this area, but the dog park and work spaces really set this place apart, not to mention to ease of access to Target and other shops & restaurants. These apartments also had the most luxurious appliances for this location and price point. Other than the convenient location and amenities, the staff and their service have been fantastic. My wife and I toured well over a dozen apartment complexes and Rahab Elzeney was one of the best lease associates we encountered. Even after signing the lease, she has not hesitated to help us with any matters that come up."

"Our experience with The Waycroft overall has been a great one. Apart from the actual apartments and amenities, the staff here was actually one of our biggest influencing points for choosing to live here, in particular Gerald Garcia from the leasing office, who has been instrumental in helping us find units that meet our needs and preferences and ultimately making The Waycroft feel like home! The concierges are all lovely and we've been impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff overall. All shared spaces in the building are always pristinely clean, we've never had any issues with obtaining mail or packages, maintenance requests are answered swiftly, and there is proactive communication distributed for any notices regarding the property or office hours.. There is a long list of positive things to say... If you are looking for a new place in the area, I highly recommend starting your search with The Waycroft!"
