"Home is where the heart is and this place definitely does not have my heart. Let’s start with the leasing agent employees the manager is ok but the other two are ridiculous. They pick and chose when they want to speak and quite frankly are racist. No one of caliber is ever going to stay and live there. Kathy will look you dead in the face and not speak . The other one also. I am going to write Greystar because it’s ridiculous how rude they are. Let’s talk about the smokers who are so bold they smoke and cuss right in front of the building. Or congregate in the working areas and cuss or talk loudly on the phone.Or the old man who rides backwards out the elevator without looking and gets an attitude with you when he bumps into you. No one wants to come home to 10 smokers cussing in front. Or see an employee walk pass you when you pay almost 3000.00 in rent. I can’t wait until my lease is up and just remember a customer is more likely to tell people about a bad experience than a good one. Oh yeah tenants talk and there are a lot who feel the exact same way. Kathy and Margo do better and respect all tenants you wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for us. The concierge people are the only positive note about this place. Look somewhere else it’s way more respectable safer places to live in DC. Go where you are valued all the time not just when you are a new tenant."
