Gables Union Market

"I recently toured here and was more than pleasantly surprised! This building is gorgeous! Union Market is constantly growing and buildings are popping up faster than you can count. However, this one stands out from the rest. First, Matthew Lovelace gave me a wonderful tour. He is excellent! He is so knowledgeable and relatable! I felt like I was on tour with a close friend. Kindness goes so far and when all buildings are offering similar product, the PEOPLE make the difference. Knowing that the staff is absolutely awesome is what will make me sign the lease. Thank you Matthew! As this is a brand new building, it is clearly going to have all the bells and whistles. But a Podcast Room? A full on Event Kitchen/Maker Space? A 270 degree rooftop view of DC? YES. There is a portion of the rooftop that is so serene. The views of the Capitol, Washington Monument, and the Cathedral are unobstructed. The apartments are very spacious and the finishes are top tier. I didn't like the shallow bathtubs, and I love a bathtub, but the walk-in showers were gorgeous. The mirrors are lit by a perimeter light that adds a beautiful touch. The stackable W/D are very large. There is ample storage in each unit - linen shelves or closets, large walk through closets, etc. And balconies as well! Overall, this is a beautiful property and at the top of my list!"

"My card was used fraudulently to pay for someone's application fee. Garran with leasing confirmed the amount missing matched. Promptly got me in contact with their customer service team. The team proved utterly useless. Claiming they bill by resident accounts with their portal. Claiming there's no other end that would confirm receipt and method of payment. Told me to just let the bank handle it as if I didn't deserve proof of where my money went."
