"This business deserves zero stars. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the property manager, Leslie, who is the only person who cares about the tenants. The apartment complex is in a great location, walking distance to national mall, metro, and so many other wonderful things to do. But please please please do not live here. It's terribly conditions, changed management multiple times in the two years I've lived there. They do not care about work orders, customer service is terrible, when I moved in there were infestations of roaches, mice, centipedes. It was terrible. Heater is slow to turn on in the winter (doesn't get warm until mid-December) and the insulation is terrible. They charged me $175 for blinds that were damaged through normal wear and tear because the building hasn't been updated in decades. There was no vent above my stove and poor window circulation, so the fire alarm went off daily. You'll pay immense amount of rent (I was paying $1200 for a 250 sq ft studio, the size of a small living room) for terrible living situation. Consider this before living here. It's 100% not worth it. I'd also like to acknowledge I left a detailed and accurate review, and the business removed it. I still have pictures up. I will continue to review this building even after its removal. I'm conveying accurate information."
