"New management doesn't care about fixing anything. I miss days when Juan and other folks getting things done. To fix something you need to call again and again. Also Jay Hurshey is the new manager seems to ignore the rights of the tennants. Replacing the management could be a good start here.otherwise , most of the tennants here are ready to move out."

"I didn't have a good experience living here. Staff is super unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Terrible customer service, especially the leasing agent in the office Jeanette. I don't know who the Property Manager is now, but the lady they had before was not helpful at all. Maintenance turns over every 3-6 months and they don't keep the building clean. They neglected to make repairs in my apartment to the point where I just moved out. It is also extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, even your neighbors talking on the phone. If someone lives above you, you'll hear every footstep or door close. It wouldn't be so bad if management wasn't so nasty and unhelpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
