"if i could give 0 stars i would. The Property management is the worst. they are very rude especially the leasing agent. She was very unprofessional and she needs to learn how not to be ghetto. They can get people out of character. Let’s not get started on security. they just need a whole new team overall."

"I resided here for several years, unfortunately. Mostly in part to laziness (not wanting to deal with moving logistics) and life happened. Thankfully, I am out of this poorly run property. First, the “community manager”, Deborah Cooper, does not foster a sense of community, nor does she display characteristics or traits of a good manager. I never saw this woman tour the buildings, actively greet tenants, or be vocal during tenant association meetings. She mostly hides away in her office, and if you unfortunately have to ever meet or have an exchange with her, she always comes off as unapproachable, uncaring, uninterested, and condescending. The latter is ironic because she’s wrong A LOT. And, I’m not sure if she even has the education or credentials necessary to be a large-scale property manager. She runs a very chaotic and unprofessional office. As far as the property itself: 1. Rats inside and out, 2. Hallway carpets stay filthy, 3. The Twins building (eight floors) has only had one working elevator for the past 3+ months, 4. Elevators are always dirty and smelly, 5. The security guards don’t really secure anything, 6. There are several large aggressive breed dogs in the building (Rottweilers, Pits, etc), etc. Spend a bit more and live elsewhere in SW DC…this poorly managed dump is not worth the headache."

"Listen to the negative reviews! Pros: Great location, all utilities included, pool onsite, diverse neighbors, spacious units, balcony’s included, parking included for new residents, fitness center Cons: Dirty and old building (hence broken elevator often) old & cheap appliances, building thieves in connection with delivery workers who leave packages in foyer intentionally, unprofessional & unorganized office staff, vent in bathroom so you can hear neighbors on the toilet and EVERY conversation they have, no proper notice given for maintenance request, have to wait for AC/ Heat to be manually switched on, Twin building units sound like you live on the highway 24/7, machines often broken in laundry room, water is consistently turned off from 9-5 for “repairs”, severe mold issue (gets painted over), rancid smell in summertime due to vermin inside the walls The complex has been recently sold, so rents are expected to increase drastically. Overall, there is just very little regard for this place by management. You have been warned. I do not recommend."

"I enjoy living in the community. All amenities are good, especially the outdoor pool – it is spacious and has room both for adults wishing to actually swim and for kids. My unit has a large balcony and a controllable AC, which is also great."

"Apartment complex is great don't get me wrong, however do not have your packages delivered to your door, because they will get stolen. UPS is the only delivery carrier that drops packages off at the door. All the other couriers leave the packages at the leasing office."
