"We are just coming to our 1st month at Gallery 64 and we definitely made the right choice. Ever since we first toured the building with Jordan -she’s the best- we really liked the space, amenities, location, all of it, bonus points for everything being brand new. The staff at the building is also very friendly, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend checking the building out and see if it’s the right fit for you!"

"Recently just moved in and I'm loving it so far. The amenities are great and my dog loves that there are grassy areas close. I'm a student and work from home sometimes so the work pods and PH spaces are perfect. The leasing staff here is cool and personable Daniel and Eboni especially. However, some of the concierge staff can be a little cold but John in the morning is also great. Parking is quite expensive as a resident but there are some street parking options. I would recommend this building to live, looking forward to the summer months to enjoy the rooftop!"

Gallery 64 is truly rare find with customer service worthy of a 5 star hotel, a touring and move-in process that are on your own schedule, and units that check every single box I could imagine. I felt like I must have been missing something when I first looked into this property because it seemed too good to be true. However, Kadija, Ebony, Katie, Tendai, and the rest of the staff constantly strive for a level of excellence that surpasses all my expectations. The views of DC are second to none and the amenities are accessible and luxurious. It’s currently December and they also have some great move-in specials going on now. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new place in DC visit here before making their decision. I can’t speak highly enough of them. The dedication to a safe, fun, and comfortable environment are truly world class."

The property itself is gorgeous with lots of amenities while also being situated in a great location. We hope to rent here once we return back to DC."
