"I lived at 13|U for almost three years and can confidentily say it is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. If you are considering moving there, you absolutely should go for it. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Everything from the appliances to the countertops to the wood floors is extremely well-made and high-end. It is the only apartment building I have ever been to in DC that is actually worth the price tag. The building also has beautiful amenity spaces, including a rooftop with a gorgeous view of DC. The building itself is enough to entice anyone to move there, but the staff really put 13|U over the top. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, diligently, and effectively. The leasing office staff and the front desk staff are truly incredible. They are the perfect balance of professional and personable. Rodney, the resident assistant at 13|U, is extremely competent, caring, and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience living in this building and would recommend it to anyone and everyone."
