Square 50 Apartments

"So I’ve been trying to reach this apartment for months now consequently and have never got a call back email or anything form of communication. I call during business hours nothing. The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is because I knew someone that use to live there and the community it’s self is nice. If someone would reach out then I could give more stars."

"Honestly, VERY POOR customer service. I've been trying to reach someone since last year to see a unit and I have not heard anything back as of yet. I have emailed, stop by, called, I even left the handwritten letter in the office and nothing as of yet. As a last effort I scheduled a showing online to be proper and no one was in the office to meet me for my scheduled appointment. It's a shame because I work right down the street and this place would be perfect but the lack of customer service is making me think twice. October 4th 2021. Per their request below I did give them a call and I got the same message to leave a voicemail . I have done that multiple times before and no response. I have called the offsite office, the onsite office, left a note... You name it, I've done it. No one is getting back to me. Very poor customer service. It's a shame since I expected better for a place that is down the street from GW hospital and University"

"I'm a frequent visitor at the residential building located at 1211 23rd St., NW Washington, DC 20037. I have many concerns for my safety , the safety of others and the lack of security in this building . Approximately a week ago while gaining entrance into the building, an unidentified male suddenly approached me from behind, reaching over my shoulder only to pushed the door open and dashed into the lobby area of the building. Not only was this alarming I nearly fell to the floor. There was no security on sight. I was startle and affected by this occurrence and took no chances going into the building for obvious reasons. I have a love one who resides in this building and I'm concern for their safety and well-being. The owner of this establishment should strongly consider putting in some type of security to ensure the safety of all who enters the building before serious harm comes to anyone , because the current situation poses a risk to all who enters this building. I welcome any contact from this building establishment to address this issue."

"The star rating is for them not having pictures. I have to move soon and this is walking distance from my job. Please email me photos or answer the phone so I can schedule a tour. I DO see what others are saying about customer service and the weirdo of a maintenance man that works here but, I’m willing to keep an open mind with this complex."
