"We moved to Jefferson Apartments a couple weeks ago and Leo has been very helpful in guiding us through the first week of the move in. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and responded to our requests very quickly. Leo replied to our email very fast and we were very surprised. He is very easy to talk to and couldn't be more satisfied with him. I would give Leo 5 stars for gis customer service. Also, I am very happy about the apartment. I think for this price, this level of service is the best it can possibly be. The apartment is very close-knit community which offers all you need and has neighbors who don't put on a fake smile but they are very much down to earth and show you genuine kindness. This Apartment is the kind of place you look back later and it lingers in your memory."
"The Jefferson Apartment is a very liveable place. My husband and I have just moved in and we love the apartment. When I first came to the apartment, Leo Davis and Stevie helped me. I've never seen such friendly lease office staff. They were very polite and responsible. Especially Leo, who was a very patient, very responsible person. Every question was answered very well and the emails were answered very promptly. We are very aware that many apartment staff are not efficient, but the staff in this lease office are very fast. We would like to stay here forever because it is so comfortable and satisfying!"
"This place is horrible! In 6 months we’ve … lost water 3x, power 2x, we haven’t had heat or a/c for months. The elevators are always breaking down. The trash is everywhere!!!! Management has changed 3x. Only one outlet that works in the kitchen that we’re still waiting for maintenance to come take a look. They have mistaken us for the previous tenants that lived here and sent us an abandoned notice and to top it off are car was keyed. Don’t rent here!! If you know where we could get some legal advice please help!"
"To everyone thinking to move to this building…. Just think 1000 times before making your decision to live here cause you will simply regret it! Trash everywhere, bad smell in all hallways and inside the units. Stinky stairs, hallways, and the walls’ paint are falling all over in the common areas. Water, AC often shut down, and there are no actions from the management to fix the issues. When an issue occurs . They close the office to run from facing the complaints. GYM is out of sync. Broken old machines and materials. It is just irritating to deceive people by providing fake information about having facilities Management is the worst, taking two hour in the lunch, and they are rude either people they don’t even care if there are people waiting for them they don’t care, it's garbage not building for people to live there, I don't know where's the inspector"
