"Want to go on an amazing ride? This is your place!! I took my son on a 4 hour ride for his birthday. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I loved seeing how well cared for the horses were. They have over 30 horses so they get plenty of rest for them between rides. All horses were very well trained. Even someone who had never been riding would enjoy this! We enjoyed gorgeous mountain views, seeing longhorn cattle, wild ponies and the picnic stop along the way. I would recommend Appalachian Horseback Riding to everyone."

"My husband and I went on a six hour ride with Doug, Brandi, and Josh and three other riders. I can't say enough about this riding adventure. It was a fantastic ride and well worth the time and money. We saw beautiful views, Longhorns a huge bill, ponies, horses, and foals along the ride. We will be back! "I highly recommend going through this company if you want a wonderful ride! We easily found the property on Google Maps with the coordinates 36.700209,-81.485420. If you want a helmet, be sure to bring one. Dough and Bill were fantastic. Bill took us on the 2 hour loop. I experienced some vertigo and he was quick to get me off my horse and was extremely patient and understanding. Over all, a great experience and a wonderful way to see the leaves changing."
