"These apartments are older but seem structurally sound. Yet, they could use a good cleaning, some updating and some minor repairs. Rental of these apartments includes water, sewer, and access to a dumpster. The parking area is on a first come first serve basis, the pavement is not smooth or completely intact, and the parking spaces are not marked with lines so people park at whatever angle they choose. The property managers seemed very nice, however."
