"I went to blow out sale. People were friendly to get our money and financial aid. The hot tub was literally “dropped” off at my house and place where I wanted it. The delivery guys were ok. After that all down hill. I live in a very nice area, no metal or heavy water had it tested. But I will tell you why later. I filled up the tub as directed. It looked great, the wife and I couldn’t wait to use our new tub. Before our first use we showered just to wash off any lotions and oils. After (2) uses in the brand new tub 57 LP we noticed the water turning greenish. I check the water for pH and alkalinity everyday, adjusted accordingly. Weeks went by and the water NEVER NEVER GOT CLEAR. I contacted Barefoot spa and bought a new filter and started all over again. This I thought worked, the wife and I went in the tub again once and twice and the water again turned greenish. On the phone again to Barefoot spa. Phone calls and phone calls. I asked to talked to manager and only got customer service. They told to to buy a water filter to filter my water before up the hot tub. So I bought the water filter and pool filter (3rd filter for hot tub so far on new hot tub no even used 5 times). I tried to get hold of owners they refuse to contact me. They refuse or refund my money and all all they want is to take our money. Buy somewhere else where people care about their customers. Oh after I bought my hot tub you would think Barefoot Spa would send something saying “Thank you and welcome…….”, but no not a freaking word!"

"My husband and I went to the spa blowout sale at the Meadow Farm event site and we're able to purchase a hot tub to replace our previous one. Being prior hot tub owners we knew the questions to ask, and we were in for a surprise because Scott and Byron were so knowledgeable about the products that were available at this show! "My husband and I LOVE our hot tub. I have had two back surgeries back and can’t say enough about the relaxation and massage it provides. Our salesman, Jason, has been extremely helpful and kind from the day we purchased the spa, thru it’s delivery, and even after when I needed help. Customer service has also been a great experience!!!! Always helpful on the phone or via email. So responsive. It’s been a bit of a learning curve getting to know and understand all the care required as I’ve never had a pool or a hot tub which makes me a bit more of a needy customer. But they have been great.
