"Genuinely disgusted with this company and the owner. I've been trying to work with them for over three weeks after they replaced a liner in my pool and didn't reinstalled the stairs. I was also promised to be shown how to treat the pool and use chemicals but was never given instructions nor the chemicals to do so, nor any documentation to do as such. I asked them to reinstall the stairs, and they came days later, but didnt install them properly. The side rail to the stairs was never connected and posed an impale risk to my children. Additionally, they ripped the liner in the process of installing the stairs so immediately there was a large leak, now I have a swamp in the back yard. After a week of complaining and constantly running my water to keep the level above the skimmer, the ripped was repaired, the rail on the stairs was installed but I'm still losing water. Del Rio was informed and promised to have someone out today, but no-show, no-call. I called the owner on his cell phone myself, who was very rude and seemed uninterested in the fact that their unprofessional work is now causing damage to my yard (and my water bill and my wallet) because I have to consistently keep the pool full and clear. Now it's the holiday, and I'm unable to safely use my pool, my yard is literally a swamp, and my water bill is set to be over a grand. Please do not use this company. They have very little pride in their work, they're not professional at all, and will take their sweet time to fix anything that they've messed up. Additionally, I still dont know how to use the chemicals for my 13,000 gallon pool so I'll be paying someone else to show me how."
