"Lived here many years ago. The rent was low, and the place was pretty decent for the rent. Never had bugs, and the neighborhood always felt safe. Noted many issues on my movie in that they never got around to fixing. The paint was so cheap that it'd start to come off with a wet rag. When I moved out they decided to keep my full security deposit to fix every issue I had mentioned in move in, or called about. Kind of odd...But luckily TN is a very renter friendly state, just a quick google on TN rental code and that was resolved. Would have suggested to friends, up till that bit of shady. But the over all appt did the job for my stay."

"I've lived here a little over 2 years now. Landlord is amazing. If there is an issue it is taken care of asap. I've not had many issues at all as far as maintenance but when I have he is here that day. I love it here and I'll be sad when I leave."

"We lived here when we first got married!! It was only the two of us, so we were able to use the extra bedroom as a music room & office. Mia was still in school at ETSU & Dave was working in Elizabtheton @ Musik Alley — so it was conveneniant for getting around. We also were going to church in Johnson City at the time... can you say location, location, location? And if you like BBQ it's really close to Pardner's"
