"Amazing views, amenities, and property team. We discovered our refrigerator had broke the evening before Christmas Eve this year. We called the maintenance number and left a message, not expecting to hear back until after the holidays since the office was closed and everyone was off duty. The maintenance man called me back minutes later, helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and was on his way over within the hour! He replaced some parts, fixed the issue and SAVED OUR CHRISTMAS! All the food I bought for relatives coming to town stayed cold and our hearts were warmed by how friendly and helpful he was. Can't thank them enough!!! Give this man a raise!!"
