"Maintenance people are super cool, came out and fixed the sink within a super short time of being notified. They were in and out, got the sink fixed up, and were very friendly. Real nice people, I appreciate your guys hard work!"

"I know reviews are typically hard on them but I would love to leave great reviews for our maintenance department. Thomas, Pete, and Ralph did an amazing job. Not only did they fix what was on my work order, they also completed other things I needed. Even tho, one issue (water pressure in kitchen) was out of their control control the supervisor did everything he could to fix the situation. Kudos to them!"

"DO NOT trust this apartment complex. They will try to sap your money and time repeatedly until you try to give up. They will take months and months to get back to you regarding the move out process. They are disorganized and scammy. We are in the process of legal action due to the completely unprofessional and illegal actions this apartment complex has tried to take. All fees and charges paid on time, keys turned in and told we were recieving our security deposit back and that we were great tenants, and yet they want us to pay astronomical move out fees after they never notified us of supposed "damages." Hundreds of dollars worth of fees magically added to our account, 90 days after our lease ended and was paid in full. Do not live here unless you feel like dealing with an incompetent staff and legalities. I lived at Forest Lake for two years with two other roommates and our experience was less than ideal. After a staff change and other factors beginning in Fall of 2022, we began to notice a slip in responsiveness and organization from the leasing office. We dealt with several month long waits for the simplest of maintenance requests, and the same long wait for major issues as well (completely broken dishwasher). Maintenance would consistently not show up at the times that they said they would, leaving us to shut our animals in our rooms for hours at a time or spend our day waiting for someone who never came. It's also impossible to find parking past 9pm on weeknights, and people love to sit in visitor spots for weeks on end and the office doesn't care. There was once a broken down car sitting in a regular spot for over 6 months that I believe a resident was "working on..." if there is a vehicle with two wheels missing then it needs to be towed, especially if you have another working car parked in another spot. There is a severe lack of parking especially in the back toward the 2- and 3- bedroom buildings. And if you want someone to visit you on a weekend, forget about it, there is only about 20-25 visitor spots around the ENTIRE complex. They tow visitors in regular spots, but they don't tow people with Forest Lake decals sitting in visitor spots. Do not recommend."

"Forest Lake was great for a long time, but in my last few months there, I had a lot of trouble. I went 4 months without a dishwasher and never was contacted regarding repair. I never recieved my move-out paperwork, and despite being notified via resident portal that my deposit refund was issued over a month ago, have not recieved it. It is extremely difficult to contact the office, as they do not respond to emails or voicemails."
