"Beautiful place. Country setting in the town of Abingdon. Best apartment I have ever lived in. The landlords always took care of any issue that came up quickly and graciously. As I no longer live in Abingdon, I still always recommend these apartments for the price and cleanliness. Storage room to spare. Great neighbors. My deposit was returned promptly. Loved this place and landlords."

"I loved how big it was and the storage option in the back. great pricing too. but the landlady, Debbie Moore, she is the worst. she harassed me and my company the last year I was there. the last 5 months was deconstruct the worst. I had 2 young kids, went to school full time, worked, and was in 2nd half of pregnancy with complications. to top it off, my husband was away for army. she knew about all the and harassed me, harassed any company i had over who helped me out. she is the worst of the worst. tried calling her to give her notice that I was moving, wouldn't call. she wouldn't answer an email for me moving to another place, so I got denied for one of my options. v then after we moved out, she continued to harass us. She also shows favoritism to certain tenants and let's them get away with certain things."

"Lived at Brentwood Towns Apartments for 5 years give or take. The first few years were good until I was in need of a Emotional Support Animal for anxiety and depression. I went to my psychiatrist and talked to her about my situation and she stated I would definitely benefit from one. An official letter was made addressing the landlords stating the laws and how long I have been her patient. They landlords still denied me. When we officially moved out we never heard a word about getting the deposit back. In fact, they were mad that we were leaving and gave us the cold shoulder. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the first couple years were good until I had hit some rough patches that they didn’t feel they had to abide by the law."

"I have lived here for going on 3 years and it's by far the best place to live in Abingdon. I've dealt with and been friends with people who've lived a variety places all over Abingdon and Bristol, if someone could think the landlords are bad here then they must have been horrible tenants, inexperienced, or both. The location is great, they're affordable, and landlords really do take excellent care of the property and buildings - constantly making upgrades inside and out of the units. The landlords are also very understanding and even though they seem to do most of the work themselves (which unless you've owned rental property, can't understand what hard work it truly is) everything seems up to code. I've been in several apartments in our great little community up here and never seen or heard anyone having issues with repairs or with landlords in general. I wouldn't move anywhere else in Abingdon solely because I love my apt (well kept, location, and even our community has improved recently since the departure of some trashy individuals who were a constant problem, even slashing a neighbors tires - thank goodness they're gone)!! The only place I'd consider moving is Brentwood Towns apts, which the landlords also own because they have a great location on Lee Hwy between Abingdon and Bristol, and are also very well kept."

"We have lived here for going on 3 years now. The owners of this property are great and very respectful of your privacy. The yard is never neglected. Trash is picked up weekly and is included in the rent that you pay as well as water. If something breaks, it is fixed immediately or soon after you, as the tenant, notify them. Also, I read a previous review from another renter. It is totally false. Absolute fabrication. We have never had any issues with the landlords. No peaking in window, no coming in without notice."
