"I've been here a few months, and will update later if needed. During my time here, the ladies in the office have been the absolute sweetest, the maintenance team is amazing and fast, and the neighborhood is clean and kept up nicely. The buildings are old, and that brings the expected creaks and cracks and paper thin walls, but they're clean, built sturdy, spacious, and welcoming. They don't FEEL like income based Apts. I have the highest rent here, the ceiling amount, but its still doable, and they break up your deposit which is nice. The bills are able to be kept pretty low, too! (SO far haha)"
