"I was the victim of an accident that led to me being in a rental vehicle for over 3 months. I had to jump through a lot of hoops with my insurance and the team at the Culpeper office made my life SO much easier by removing several logistical headaches for me. Very knowledgeable with the process for insurance and went out of their way to answer questions and accommodate my requests. You can tell when someone has a customer service background or has been through training for it- and after dealing with almost everyone on the team at the Culpeper office at different times over the last few months - I can confidently say every one of them is incredible!"

"Booked a mini van 2 months ago for the Thanksgiving holidays and requested for a 8 seater, Bradley confirmed that they can accommodate 8 seater during the reservation. Now saying they can't get a 8 seater van. Be careful if you are looking for a unique car for your needs, very disappointed."

I honestly didn't read the older reviews of the Culpepper Enterprise company when I rented my vehicle, or I might have been hesitant using them. But I am certainly happy I didn't read them as I experienced the best customer service I have ever had with a rental car company. My vehicle was ready, clean, and the personnel helping me were beyond helpful - from pick up to return. I believe I spoke to Bryce on the phone who was extremely courteous and then Chad is the one who walked around the car with me and completed my rental agreement. Chad was friendly, helpful, and professional and I appreciated his help. This enterprise location was great and I would definitely recommend."
