"If you are looking for honesty and trustworthy people you will not find it there! They should be shut down! Save urself the loss of money and from being homeless! Go somewhere else!! These people are happy to take your money and cost you twice as much by having bad appliances that make your electric bill high and they blame you!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I did hear from people that they was a bad place to rent from, now I know they really are horrible! And people are also right about the office manager he is a weasel that will go behind your back so watch what you say to him for sure! If I could give less then one star I would!!"

"My parents have lived in a long term rental(25 years) and Figs took it over a few years back. I was worried to say the least due to the reviews that I have read. My mom is now a 77 year old widow, who can not get around very well. When it was time to redo the lease, she was unable to get out of her house to go do it. Greg came to her house and did it for her. She said he was very kind to her. I appreciate that so much."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! If I could give ZERO, I would. This is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. The owners are lawyers and think that entitles them to screw you over. Not only did I always pay rent on time, I gave notice ahead of time, when moving out. Greg Gilbert decided to no longer inform me on the status of the house, after I moved, since I was still considered "under contract" I keep up my part, while he charged me anyway. I was charged for mowing, when I did it. I was also charged the entire month of June rent, after he rented the house to someone else par way through June. I put $1400 down, left the house cleaner than when I moved in it, yet only got $390 back."

"Fig Enterprise gave me a chance during a difficult time in my life. I've rented 2 homes from them and for their rates their services are fair. They respond to minor and major repairs. Rent is very high in most places right now. So their rates are affordable. If you're expecting the luxuries of a condo then you should find a condo. Many people would give anything for any place to live. So be grateful for your home no matter what you live in ."
