"Don’t waste your time with Brownstone Properties! They don’t care about their residents or the conditions of the properties they manage. The investors and property owners should be concerned about the lack of communication and professionalism from individuals with this company. It’s a shame when you complete a maintenance request that you have to continuously call because, no communicates or follow up about concerns. What neighborhood do you have to live in to get Brownstone to come take care of your problems?"

"These are the most heartless people I've EVER dealt with in my life. I've rented several places from them over the past 20+ years and they have always been so terrible to deal with. I had never been late on a payment with them ever and anytime I had a question or request, they always treated me rudely. They don't take care of their properties, they are very rude people to deal with, awful customer service, Slum Lords and charge way too much for rent. They own a majority of the real estate around so it was hard to get around them hence why I rented from them a lot throughout the past. This one older woman named Adrian, I think, is the rudest lady I have ever encountered in my life. She works there as one of the property managers. She treats everyone horribly. She has always been this way. She seems like a very bad soul. I guess it's because she's rich and doesn't know what it's like to be poor and struggle in life. I suggest renting from anyone besides these people. Hill City Reality are very nice people. Langley are terrible also!"

"If I could give 0 stars for this review, I would. Brownstone took my application and $40 application fee and led me to believe that they would process it, telling me he would call me the next day. He never called. Meanwhile someone else had been approved for the same place and paid the security deposit to get it. Brownstone led me on for 3 business days and a weekend, never telling me that the property had rented. When I called about my application after waiting 2 days and the weekend, I was told that they were waiting for "something to come back" and he would call me the next day. When he did actually call the next day, I found out that I had been led on and lied to!!! They never even processed my application! My advice? Don't walk the other way from this rental property management company, RUN!!"

"Working with Brownstone to manage our properties has been great. The transition from our old property manager to Brownstone was seamless, easy and much more professional than the previous one I used. Working with Dalton has been great, it's easy to get things coordinated and I know that the tenants in the homes are being taken care of and that their needs are being met. When something goes wrong Brownstone let's me know and gets it taken care of asap while taking my suggestions into consideration. Pleasure to work with them. I feel they are able to keep my best interests as well as our tenants best interests in mind and not compromise either while still getting us what we need."
