"there are some really nice, friendly people in this community. some are families mostly in the homes. My brother in law was in the townhouse area which is near the condominiums. We had to clear his three bedroom townhouse full of furniture. The landlord was very understanding, we had to break the lease due to unforeseen circumstances entering the scene. we had a long week estate sale and met so many neighbors and many from Liberty University. Mostly new constructions and many more coming on. Learned late in the week there is a playground near the front apartments. Deer are still trying to figure where to go but they are not destructive."

"New construction. Feel it is even better than my previous single family home. The construction is what I would consider at least as good than they use to build homes. You might say I grew up on a building site. My father was a general contractor. I worked around contractors at home depot. Foster construction did not disappoint"
