"I love it here a great location and place to live the new management is great !! It does take a while to get somone to call back .But I understand it's alot to keep up with nothing is perfect it's life and sometimes we forget things . The old management never responded to anything so I just gave up trying to contact them and came up with my own solutions . But I would for sure recommend piedmont lofts to anyone with new management in place it . They have always been very understanding and polite about everything and my conerns and I appreciate that we are all human and none of us are perfect and nothing is perfect ."

"STAY AWAY!!! The location is awesome, but don’t fall for it. The management is TERRIBLE! I rented one of the expensive 5th floor lofts. Very cool! Great views and lots of storage. But as soon as I moved in, the problems started. I put in maintenance requests that were not resolved, and that started a string of lies by both the maintenance guys and the property manager. In my 2 months there, the problem was not resolved, despite my regular follow ups and complaints that I was physically sick from the issue. On of the big lies was that I was “the only one complaining about the issue” but I later found out that the tenant in that unit before me moved out for the same reason that I did. Another lie the staff told me that the problem that I was experiencing was a problem that the City of Lynchburg needed to resolve. So, I called their bluff and contacted the City. After 2 inspections of the property, the City contacted me to say that they verified that they were not causing the issue and I need to contact the property owners. After my endless complaints, the property manager invited me to move out. Prior to that, she had made the mistake of slipping and tell me that they can never get anyone to come out and fix anything because the owners never pay their bills. Yikes! Because the property management refused to take care of their maintenance issues, I incurred out of pocket expenses, but the owners refused to reimburse me. Nor were they willing to return a portion of the annual pet fee, even though I had to move out after 2 months. Great location. Awful experience. And sadly, after talking to other tenants, I found that many, many people experienced the same thing. Some even going without heat or air conditioning for over a week at a time. You’ll want to move in…but just don’t."
