"Good luck getting in contact with management. Trash everywhere. Stuck renewing my lease bc they auto renew 3 months before your lease it up didn’t have time to find a new place or I would have. And right after my lease is renewed I’m hearing scurrying in the walls."

"Mills Crossing Apartments offer a lot of features for the price you pay and I would say the units themselves are very nice. The overall complex is so-so because there is no on site management. While some might think this is great, it can be very difficult to get in contact with the company and some of the units could use some repairs. The complex is relatively newer but it has began aging quickly."

"I do not recommend this complex at all. The rent is crazy for what you have to deal with. The trash stays piled up. The gym equipment is broken. You NEVER hear from management. They only give you 30 days to move out after raising rent prices $200!! I can’t wait to get out of this place. Literally anywhere is better. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to rate it to make this post."

"The apartments have nice kitchens and furnishings. Lots of tenants with dogs but I don’t hear barking at night, which is good. Maintenance has been responsive for my small issues. 4 months in and it’s a good experience living here. Finding parking near your apartment probably won’t always happen, but it isn’t a long walk usually."

"TRASH EVERYWHERE, disheveled pool area, no management presence. Every time I call Elizabeth at the Roanoke office she is dismissive of all concerns and flat out rude. Running from this apt complex when my lease is up! These apartments are "new", but steadily getting run to the ground from lack of maintenance and management oversight. For example: my dishwasher has been broken for 2+ years and management refuses to address it, despite multiple phone conversations."
