"SCAM! my Turkish Airline ticket was Canceled by Turkish AirLine and It was supposed to be rescheduled free. but I was connected to FLIGHTTRADE through google search phone number and they said they are from Turkish Airline and asked me pay 270$ to reissue the revised date of my flight on same booking and ticke. They told me that this additional amount is for Turkish Airline but it was not for the TurkishAirline and there is no trace of extra money which I paid on my new ticket"

"This company is a scam company. I called to change my return flight, and they posed as my airline company (Eva Air). A Google search sent me to their phone number. They erroneously charged me over $1500. A man named “Abdiel” threatened to cancel my flight if I didn’t stop contacting them to request my money back. Luckily, Eva Air has been fantastic about it, and has agreed to block any changes to my flight without my consent and confirmation from my phone number directly. They explained that the scammers pose as a ticket holder and make changes on your behalf to make the interaction seem legitimate. I was able to negotiate my money back from the scammers eventually. Definitely avoid this company at all costs, and triple check any customer service numbers that you find through Google searches are in fact direct numbers from the company you are trying to contact."

"SCAM!!! Beware this company, they advertised to be American Airlines and I thought they were, they are not. They cancelled my reservation for no reason and charged me extra money. Do NOT use this company, you will pay the price. They should go to jail."

"Be very careful of this company they advertise as being British Airways but they are not. When I called to see if I could change my husband's ticket to an earlier flight, because he was sick, the price was too high and they and they said they would offer me a voucher. I told them no and got another ticket from another company. I kept my original ticket the same. The mistake I made was giving them my booking reference number for British Airways and they changed my husband's original ticket into a voucher without my permission. The only reason I found this out was because I got an email from British Airways stating that my ticket was converted to a voucher. When I followed up with this company I found out they're not British Airways and they scammed me and would not help now. Be very very careful. As the other review says call Airlines directly. I didn't realize I was not doing this. But don't worry I'm filing the appropriate complaints."

"OVERSEA SCAMMERS. Their website says "Booking on the phone is free" yet I was charged almost $150 more than the actual cost of my ticket. When confronted they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor, were unprofessional, argued everything with lies and excuses. No real breakdown or evidence to show why the math was off. The airline company confirmed the full list of costs and how much they got me for, yet they still denied overcharging. *Always make sure the number you are calling is the direct Airline reservation telephone number and not a sneaky third party predator like this company."
