"This facility is a joke honestly. After 3 days none of yhe equipment needed for my after surgery care is working and they still don't have all my medications from their pharmacy. My antibiotics was not given my first day at all and have been missed a couple times after that. When you push the call button it has taken up to 30 minutes for a response. The nurses act as if you are an inconvenience and the carpet flooring in the rooms looks filthy. I would not recommend this place at all in fact I am trying my best to get discharged from it early because I don't see myself being here another 2 weeks."

"First impression clean, orderly, friendly, well-thought out in terms of privacy, and window views. It looks comfortable, staff incredibly responsive and polite. Second impression, noticed minor litter, staff continued very patient and helpful. And patients also seem happy, and well-cared for. The break room was in need of a little tlc. Thank you for everything you do."

"My mother stayed at this facility from April-June 2023. Overall, her health improved and so for that we are grateful, but there are obvious staffing and communication issues with this facility. I live out of state which made staying on top of her care difficult, but the head nurse Jasmine was a godsend throughout this process. It’s obvious why she was promoted and in charge of the aides/nurses below her – she gives all nurses a good name and reassured my faith in the entire process. She kept me up to date daily and even facetimed me so that I could interact with my mother. Make sure to request her if you’re going to send a family member to this facility! Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for her direct reports. Many of the staff were quite rude to both me and my mother and made her feel guilty/like a burden for needing their help. I’d like to give a shout out to Simone for consistently doing a wonderful job. There are other aides/nurses that I would like to list by name for doing a terrible job, but I’ll resist the urge. One nurse in particular told me it was her first day on the unit 3 times and just gave me a blank stare when I asked for assistance. The nurses/aides seem to spend the majority of their time hanging around the nurses’ station on their cell phones. Sivan (speech therapy) and Courtney (physical therapy) were both amazing at their jobs and wonderful caregivers. We are so grateful for the good staff at this facility (Jasmine, Simone, Sivan, Courtney), but they need to do a better job with shift changes, charting, communication, staffing requirements, and let go of the staff that obviously doesn’t want to be there."
