"Every disappointing. Made these reservations months ago ask for a preferred home and for this money it's like a fea bag place. And the last room on the road that they said had the best view. Lol the only thing I can see is a big tree. The view is out side to the right. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them less."

"I would put less than 1 star if I could. The registration process here is terrible. You think you are making reservation for room with nice view but I was given room up in the back that just looks at trees. There seems to be no way to make a reservation for a room with nice view from side of mountain. How is it decided who gets these good room? Just pick room numbers out if a hat? And dont even think about trying to check in before 3 o'clock. So everyone comes back at 3 o'clock and stands in line forever. I will for sure never stay here again."
