There were several times when they could have considered unforeseeable work as an extra but did not bill us for the added work. Since project completion, they helped us get ready for the season, offered suggestions and have helped make this a great season. In a time when many contractors under preform and over charge NVPools is a reliable and professional organization that does great work at a reasonable cost."

"We were very excited to finally open our pool, after the year we had with Covid restrictions. We hired NV Pools to open the pool for us. Unfortunately, it went south after that. Our expectation was that we were paying for a service that would allow us to safely use the pool 48 hours after the professional services are performed. That was not the case. The people who came out rolled up the cover of the pool with all the leaves and dirt on it and placed it into the bag without cleaning it. The pool itself was not cleaned at all and we were left with a pool that you wouldn't stick your toe into. It was full of leaves, bugs etc. It looked like a swamp. We now have to hire another pool service to complete the job. I would never recommend them for service."

We have been using the services of NV Pools for the Kingston Chase neighborhood pool since 2008, they have provided exceptional and consistent top notch service to us every year. They have provided services from regular maintenance to major rebuilding. We make sure our pool is in top notch condition and we ensure equipment is maintained and they totally support this goal. We have hosted the Herndon Olympics for the past 12 years and they provide extra service to make sure everything is perfect for the event.
