"By far the worst complex I’ve ever applied at the manager is extremely RUDE , and you can and will get denied simply because she says so . I was denied due to a change in jobs because I didn’t call and tell them . I have called here MULTIPLE times a day and a week with no answer , left multiple voicemails to be contacted and so on and they just refuse to contact you back . Unless you’re mrs. and mr. perfect I don’t recommend."

"I was told by a former co-worker that these are income-based apartments. If that's what you need, do not try here. You have to be making a certain amount to apply to live here, apparently. Despite me having work (& a pretty fair pay), I was turned away because I do not make their set amount each month."

"What kind of business is open these hours? Sad...I will be calling WHENEVER you guys decide to open...lord knows when that will be."

"2 months ago...left apt. Cleaner than we moved in..did not get deposit back. Reasons..needed to replace 1 blind needed Professional cleaned even after we spent 2 days cleaning it..and carpet had to be shampooed even after maintain man said not to for they would do it anyway. You probably would not get any deposit back because they take what they do out of it. Never rent there again."
