Powder Monkey Townhomes

"Unit 16. each are different as they are privatey owned. Pros: Large well appointed townhouse right off powder monkey lift. Couldn't ask for better ski in/out access. Truly best location in the resort. Walk to village. Parking near private entrance. Zone baseboard heating. Great beds except pull out couch which was ancient and hard. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook. New appliances. Lovely tongue and groove wood walls throughout. Nice linens-towels. Remodeled bathrooms with large showers. Warm gas fireplace. Excellent wifi and free long distance landline. Ski gear closet. Cons: There is zero heat in the bathrooms. It's freezing after a shower. No bathtub. 2nd tv is in the loft which is weird because you can't play both tvs at the same time - the loft is open to the living room. Remote was missing for 2nd tv. Overall really like this unit but did not like having to shovel my way in the first night. Parking plow created a 3' embankment that should have shoveled. had to climb it in street clothes, get a shovel and clear a path...this was hours after it stopped snowing and the plow had been through. The private owner/snowshoe collaboration is not functioning well. The owner did not have a maintenance contract so snowshoe would not fix issues - I booked thru snowshoe - so that should not be my problem."
