"My son was visiting from NY and lost his glasses. We decided to get an eye exam here before he went back home. We have done eye exams every year since he was 8, his prescription has never changed! He came home yesterday with a prescription that was way less than normal and coincidentally the same as the glasses he borrowed from his sister (which was not what he needed and we knew that prescription is not working now). We went back today to try to explain to them our concerns (we didn't want to spend money on another exam and pair of glasses unnecessarily) and the front staff - female cleck, young, with brown hair, was very rude and defensive and didn't even let me explain anything to her. She wouldn't listen or let me explain. I took a paper copy of his RX from 2020 but have digital copies of 2021 and 2022. We had to give up trying to speak to her, she was dismissive, degrading, and demeaning and we had no choice but to leave her with her attitude. They charged our insurance and I guess now we will have to go pay for another exam out of pocket. Go to a real optometrist center, these people do not care about their customers!"

"I've been coming here for a few years and there was a mishap with my glasses...but what I'm here to talk about is how everyone went above and beyond to correct the issue. Everyone from Rayna the front desk staff to the manager herself Alicia! When I couldn't get to the store to get my glasses the manager offered to meet me, and that didn't work so she made another arrangement for me to get my glasses at 11pm. Forever thankful for this team! Not to mention both myself and husband see Dr. Ward and she's amazing."
