"JW contracting starts out as a great company. Had my pool re-plastered and re-tiled in May. Everyone is nice and friendly and responsive. ...until they are not. Unfortunately....this quality and service doesn't continue. After the project was finished, once I paid them in full, they aren't responding to my emails. Project took longer than we anticipated but I'm ok with that, but the quality of the work was average at best. I had to continually monitor them and have them fine tune their work. They damaged my lawn ....the owner said...."we are not responsible....it's in the contract". The plaster doesn't look great...the owner told me..."plaster is imperfect." The caulking job around the pool needs to be redone completely. The owner promised to redo it. I was trying to arrange for that.....no response. My biggest disappointment was with the misunderstanding with the removal of my automatic pool cover. It was in the contract that it would be removed. They removed the tracks but left the cover. It was rusted, filthy and unsightly. I had them just remove the lead bar which unfortunately caused problems. They were supposed to fix that. I got tired of waiting , the summer is almost over, so I hired a mason to complete the work last week (August). In today's environment, contractors who used to be great aren't. they were highly recommended. Maybe it's staffing issues and supply chain and price increases. Never the less , they were a nightmare to deal with. Would not recommend them."

Communication was wonderful and all details were handled for us. The job involved new tiles, repairing and resetting coping and resurfacing the pool. Highest recommendation."
