"I did some work for the owner, Charles Blough, over 5 years ago. In all that time, he has never paid me, despite having told me a least a couple of times that 'the check is in the mail'. Recently I contacted him again seeking payment for the job I did (which was both on-time and on budget, per our agreement, and less than $300!), and though I once again and *at his request* re-sent to him all of the previous correspondence, he is continuing to ignore me and the debt he owes me for honest work done well. I feel that potential customers of his who might be spending tens of thousands of dollars of their own should know about this prior to choosing his service. Caveat emptor."
