Hideaway Townhomes

"Hello, there has been no way to contact a corporate office or simply get in contact with anyone who oversees this property. We were inquiring about an available unit at this property and scheduled a tour for 1:30pm today, Saturday January 27th. Upon arriving about 20 minutes early, the main office was locked and there was no one on-site available, nor was there a posted sign notifying visitors of a temporary step out. We waited for 1 hour and still no management staff had returned. Even though there were items visible on a desk from outside, and the hours state the property is open. Numerous people had arrived as tenants or as visitors wanting to tour the property, and all had eventually left as well due to the staff member not being onsite. Also, after what felt like forever, we decided to call back one last time and were told that the person we scheduled a tour with was no longer with the company, and then a few moments later we were told that she’s actually not with the property (confusing) and they are not allowed to post signs on the door because it’s against company policy (even though there was a sign clearly on their glass door with sharpie ink on it. So basically we wasted an hour of our life waiting for these people and they don’t even accept tours on the weekend? Highly confusing…We are highly disappointed that this was our experience, and will be looking into a Gates Hudson property instead as they were way more professional."

"Not a resident. I just put my app in to move, I am changing my mind. A neighbor at my current residence warned me not to apply. Something told me to go check the reviews and what did I find?..... 2 reviews speaking my neighbor's warning. That's 3 strikes in less than 10 hours. Thank you for the heads up. "Wish I could give it 0 stars and that's too much as well. I moved out because of the lack of professionalism, the end of February 2023. Unit was spotless and no damage to the unit. Because the manager doesn't like me she placed a collections on my credit report immediately, before March was even over. I was not behind on my bills. The move out fee was paid no later than March 14. I have been trying to contact someone above her because it's insane to mess with my credit just because you didn't like me. Of course you can never get in touch with anyone. After 8 months and no progress with this company I went as far as to get a lawyer because this is totally unacceptable. "PLEASE READ THIS POST. All you need to know is TWO things: 1. Caitlin she is the best! She sat down with me and went over my options and I felt a genuine connection from her. I let her know about my financial struggles and she helped recommend some places for me so that I could move in. I felt so comfortable because this is my first apartment that I am paying for. Other places I have toured won’t even see me that day and put me on a waiting list but not this woman she made time for me. 2. Ariyana she was very welcoming and professional as soon as I walked in the door. I told her what I was looking for and my move in day and price point and was very eager to help me find my dream home. She is very knowledgeable about all the different units and was very patient with my questions."
