"Do Not Move Here!! I was one of the very first people to move here.. They will tow any and every car, every night for any reason possible.. Rent is doing nothing but increasing, supposed to again and they have nothing here to offer.. No amenities at all. Not even a balcony. I have had mold growing in my apartment about a year… they came and cut a hole in my ceiling and have never fixed it but have came in my house about 12 times to “fix” it.. Place is garbage!! Can’t wait to leave!!!"

"If I could give this place a zero i stars, I would. Do not move here, there’s been a huge bug problem in the building and they’ve done NOTHING to help solve it. They’ll send out messages saying pest control is coming to treat the apartments but all they do is walk in, look around and then blame you for the bugs. No matter how hard we’ve tried cleaning and maintaining it ourselves but nothing happens. They haven’t sprayed anything, or even checked the spots that the bugs are actually in. By handing out flyers and calling it “pest control” does NOT solve the issue. They don’t do anything about it."

"I do NOT recommend moving here at all. The management is AWFUL. They only want your money and don’t care about the tenants at all. I’ve had my car towed TWICE for communication problems on THEIR end and I was never refunded for it. You can hear literally EVERYTHING. I know it’s an apartment, but it’s like there’s no insulation or anything sound proofing at all. You can hear people talking through the walls and vents. If you don’t want your money taken and don’t want to be charged late fees for THEIR screw ups, do NOT move here."

"I've been here at Keswick Senior apartments about a month now. Management is great they work with you from the beginning process until your move in date. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment & I love it. It is very quiet and accommodating. The tenants in the building are very nice and we all try to help each other. These apartments are just what you need when you become a senior citizen. There are elevators to assist throughout the building. Come on out and make this your new home."
