"Location was very good for me. I enjoyed the pool when it was open. MY views were very pleasant. My neighbors and the staff were extremely friendly (True community). Appearance of property always kept very nice. Patio area replaced tennis court - improvement to property. Exercise room - good. Neighborhood Children - well-behaved, polite, and asset to community. Problems with telephone, radio, and TV reception (access to satellites). Landscape service sub-par in terms of leaf removal and blow off of porch area & in later years on whole property cutting of lawn. Valet service really unnecessary expense for apartment (every time I walk to my car, I pass dumpster). Would have much rather seen that payment go towards scheduling 3rd pickup/emptying of dumpster per week (numerous occasions where dumpsters overflowing across property - sometimes could have been healthy as squirrels, raccoons, etc. easily tore into trash bags both outside and inside open dumpsters). Dog waste in public - definite issue - uncertain whether property dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs or loose dogs from neighboring properties attracted to our dogs, dumpsters, etc. Parents waiting with and for school buses in cars - traffic hazard at entrance."
