"This company isn't taking any new installation and tell people to check back in 2 years lol. Is that a joke? I have never seen a business that turns down business because they are too booked up. Most companies at least direct potential customers to a place that can help them. Was interested in a large heated pool for myself and an above ground pool for my daughter. This is indicative of poor management and taking on more work than you can handle. Think of all the possible money and customers this company will miss out on. Thinknof the negative referrals they will get. Guess j&j, oasis, or so.e other quality company can profit from my business instead."

"They don’t even deserve ONE star! We had problems with our filter and they tried to sell us a new one. When we checked with the manufacturer we noticed it had a warranty that expired two weeks back. They didn’t even know! When I asked why they didn’t tell us in the beginning—I was told “do you know how many customers we have?” When I said, “not this one! The woman replied “ oh, what a loss and hung up!” Guess they don’t need any more customers nor do they need to provide decent customer service! Taking my business elsewhere!"
