"Our pool installation went very well, but was delayed due to high demand of pools (Covid) had to wait almost 1 yr. before construction began; however, Atlantis team were in constant communication and crew provided an exemplary service and demonstrated top level skills with the install process. They helped us with the entire decision making process from size, color, and lights and material that fit our needs and focused on our wants. "I am one who always reads the reviews on google, so i believe it is important to write a review for future clients of Atlantis. First of all, I am very strict on contractors and their quality of work. I will always stand my ground if I an not happy with the quality of work. With that being said, Atlantis was the best company I ever dealt with. From start to finish they were outstanding. The construction phase was fast and with great workmanship. The crew worked long days in the extreme heat and were professional throughout the whole process. The office is very well run. Every time I called or emailed, I received a response well within a reasonable amount of time. After the installation, I had a few minor problems. All were address quickly by their service department who are great. Over the years, I learned that companies are only as good as their leadership. Ben (owner) has a great product. I will end with an example of great leadership. Yesterday I opened my pool by myself. I was able to do most of the work, but I had a few leaks. I called Atlantis and Ben picked up. I asked if they could send service out to fix these problems. Ben said he will be out in a few hours to address these problems. Ben did not give a price, he just said I will take care of it, that is an example of a great company."

"Ben and the entire Atlantis Pools crew are top notch. Really great communication from beginning to end. This is my first experience with an inground pool and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. They made us feel comfortable 100% of the way. First question we asked was how long once a hole is in the ground to completion, they said 6-8 weeks, weather permitting and they delivered. They even started our project 6 months sooner than originally anticipated, working through the fall/winter. Now it is ready for when it gets warm. Love it! Our family is forever grateful. I know if we have any questions, they will be here to answer them."
