"I am so thankful for this practice! I’m a brand new parent with a ton of questions and every single provider has been kind and informative. They are always able to get us in for a visit if we need one and their on-call line is a dream. There is also lactation support if you’re looking to breastfeed! I cannot recommend this practice enough."

"I'll be changing my child to a new doctor because Capital pediatrics doesn't do it for us anymore. I have taken my child on multiple sick visits and every time it's "something viral" and "nothing we can do, bring her back when her symptoms worsen ". Like are you serious? Two times now I have taken her for an ear infection. They check, "oh she has nothing". Two days later I have to turn around and take her to kidmed or an emergency center just to find out she had an Ear infection on both ears. I don't understand why they like to play the wait game. I understand you can't prescribe random medication for everything, but if you see the symptoms are there why wait for her to get worse. Just treat it now while she's in your facility."

"Well let me start by saying i tried to switch to Capitol pediatrics because a friend recommended me the place but I had the experience of being mistreated by the receptionist and not wanting me to switch literally, she asked me what insurance i had and once I told her she proceeded to say " yeah we don't even take that insurance" i said if that's the issue i can pay out of pocket and then she responds with " yeah, we don't do that" like what? Every clinic does that and specially my friend who goes here pays out of pocket but yeah that made me really not want to switch anyways since that's how they treat patients. Please hire people with better customer service skills"

"New mom, I did recommendations on Facebook, and so many of my friends highly recommend this pediatric location. From the first time I called to set up an appointment, I felt welcomed, and the lady walked through everything I needed to do once the baby got here to call back to setting up an official appointment. They had a doctor on-site at the hospital who saw us before we left and answered all our questions. The first visit was amazing. Everyone was so nice and took care of our baby and answered all our questions. The building was cleaned, and welcoming the decor was amazing. I highly recommend them."

"If I could give this practice more than five stars I would. Very friendly front desk staff, nurses and doctors. We have been taking our four sons to this practice for almost 8 years now. What’s not to love about this practice? Besides the awesome doctors that are amazing with each of our children and take their time and are thorough with their doctor visits, the walk-in sick visits this office offers each morning when your child isn’t feeling well, Saturday sick hours or the quick response time when you have to call the doctor on call in the time for advice before seeking urgent care. The staff and doctors here go over and beyond to make sure your child is comfortable during their visit and makes sure to answer and inform of resources that may be needed. Our family primarily uses Dr.Allen as our pediatrician However, we have seen other doctor’s in this practice for sick visits and each of the doctors are absolutely amazing.❤️"
