"I had used their services before so I thought I would again however this time I explained not due to fault of my own I had three years of taxes at once that needed to be done. I dropped off all documents and paperwork in a folder over two months past I called repeatedly to check on the status , I was told the owner was on vacation, they weren't completed yet etc. . Never were any of my calls returned. Finally I called only to find out after two months that no one had even looked at any of it, after explaining that this was a problem and was causing more problems a very rude woman came to the phone and told me that I could come and pick up my things. This establishment does not have your interest in mind at all only theirs so if you consider your tax situation to be taken serious find another establishment !!!"
