"First 2 experiences were great, no problem, this last one I had for my daughter who is 1 y/o. The nurse was way too rough with her. Grabbing her arm tight and forcefully moving her head to the side to check her ear that caused her to scream and cry. Like be fr. Someone needs to learn PATIENCE fast. Will NEVER take my daughter back!!!"

"Don't bring your child here, nurse who works here is Rough with the children to the point it's neglectful. They've had multiple complaints over the same woman, the Doctor offers nothing but an apology. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen."

"I’m convinced literally no one can understand what Dr. Scott means. It’s not the fact that he speaks in medical terms, he just doesn’t know how to communicate. Dr. Scott is nice to the kids, but parents have a hard time deciphering his code. Staff could be friendlier. Rooms are decorated cute. That’s about it."

"My 4 year old son and I love both doctors in this office. He has developmental issues due to prematurety and they have always known what to check and when for him. I love the fact they are not pushy about choices you make if they don't agree and always listen and explain things when needed. I am glad I found them when he was born to take care of him."

"My first child (3 year old boy) saw Dr. Scott since day one, Dr. Scott is a good doctor, I think he just doesn’t communicate very well. My daughter is an infant and her doctor is Dr. Aney, he is awesome all the way around. He now sees both of my children. When I schedule an appointment, I am called back within 5 minutes, when I am in the room waiting, I never wait more than 10 minutes. I have always had a very well overall experience here and have always been treated fairly, as well as my children."
