"A beautiful place to visit and stay. Lots of scenic trails around the two lakes. Lower lake has a beach with multiple swimming docks and diving board, a section for fishing, paddleboats and canoes which you can rent there. Upper lake is just for fishing and is quiet and secluded for relaxing. 2 very cool shooting ranges with events happening all the time. Spaces for tents and campers available for rent. They also have an enclosed meeting area where they do events. I believe it can be rented for personal events too."

"This is my most favorite place to be a member of and its got over 200 other locations all over America and my membership gets me into every single one of them. This park is a sure thing considering it just celebrated it's 100th anniversary in 2022! Ive been a member for just 2 years now but I will be one for many more years to come. It's got two different lakes which both allow fishing, but one allows swimming as well. The swimming lake has a really nice dock/pier with a nice sturdy diving board. It also has two stationary docks out in the water to swim to and play on or just sunbathe. The also has a really nice splash pool for the little ones with a cool fountain in the middle and a couple of little playgrounds. If your love hiking and trail walks, then you've got a few to choose from. For the outdoor sports guys, you have 3 skeet and trap shooting as well as a pistol range and a 300 yard rifle range. They also have a bow and arrow range and TWO 18 target walking bow courses! If your the outdoor family, then you simply can't go wrong getting a membership to this amazing family oriented park! Again, I most certainly will be one for many years to come."

"Visited here for a community event (Outdoor Expo). The park looked great. Having gone many times over the years, I noticed some nice upgrades since the last time I was there. Clubhouses, new docks, picnic tables under a pavilion down on the lake. The only complaint I've ever had about the park is the noise from the shooting range is distracting at times for me personally. Others don't seem to notice. My kids loved it. Said they'd like to go back in the summers!"

"Awesome place for the family. We went for the open house / family day and were treated like VIP. My girlfriend had never shot skeet in her life and one of the fellows there helped me get her shooting. Awesome skeet shoot setup! The kids loved the lake, especially the diving board area. I just wish I owned a RV. The archery range is amazing and the people first class. If you are even slightly outdoorsy then this is the spot."
