"My daughter needed a her ears cleaned and a hearing test preformed while under sedation for another procedure at UVA. Dr. Hashisaki said nothing about her possibly needing tubes in her ears (she does not have reoccurring ear infections). It wasn't until the nurse at UVA called to tell me she would be getting tubes that I found out. I was so surprised, we didn't talk about this at all. After the procedure there was no call, didn't give any type of paperwork on how to care for her tube now in her left ear, no idea how the procedure went, didn't even know a tube was placed for certain until the hospital nurse told us. I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this doctor was horrible. If you have a child needing an ENT I definitely wouldn't go here. My daughter sees many specialist. Some are amazing, some are okay, he has been the worst."

"Not impressed. He is very strict about COVID and not very caring about a patient's well being. I'm sure he's a good doctor but he doesn't smile. In my opinion, that's impotrtant too."

"A little over a year ago, Dr. Hashisaki performed a highly successful left Stapedectomy for me. I could hear again about 7 days post op. He's highly skilled and extremely nice....couldn't ask for more. Thank you again."

"Seems to be a really good doctor seems to know his stuff. Not mean but not very nice. Cuts you off while you are talking. Real dry personality."
